Founded by Firas el Achkar (known to everyone as Fuzzy), the group grew from a single belief, that people deserve healthcare that listens, delivers, and shows up consistently. What started as a physiotherapy practice in 2022 has grown into a multidisciplinary group spanning paediatric therapy, adult allied health, corporate services, and medicolegal assessments.
Whether you’re a parent navigating your child’s development, an adult managing an injury or disability, an employer dealing with a Return to Work claim, or a law firm in need of an independent expert report, there’s a part of the Fuzzy’s Health Group built specifically for you.
We operate across one of the largest service areas in South Australia, from metropolitan Adelaide to regional communities including Goolwa, Riverton, and the entire Barossa region.
The People Behind the Group
Fuzzy’s Health Group was built by clinicians who got tired of watching people fall through the gaps. Too many kids on waitlists. Too many adults bouncing between disconnected providers. Too many employers left to navigate Return to Work without support. Too many law firms settling for rushed, unreliable reports.
Founder Fuzzy el Achkar built this group to fix that, one service area at a time. With years of Government and community-based practice, our team brings serious clinical depth to every person we see.
Today, the group employs physiotherapists, occupational therapists and exercise physiologists who share one approach, treat the person, not just the condition.
